Don't be deceived: The Muslim Jesus is not the Christian Jesus. The Islamic Jesus is not The Lamb Who was slain but the Christian Jesus is (John 1:29--behold, The Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the World). God is indeed sounding the alarm to be ready to stand firm. We are definitely facing persecutions and trials in the years ahead. Everyone in Christ will suffer hardships. Paul warned us under the anointing of the Holy Spirit not to believe those who preach another (false) Jesus.
The Islamic Jesus was a created human and they believe he was not the Son of God nor the Lamb of God who was slain before the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8) and Islam teaches that whoever believes this should be thrown into the fire according to the Koran, Maryam 19:34-38--The Christian Jesus was God in the flesh. And the Word of God was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth (John 1:14); For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have Everlasting life (John 3:16). (Read John chapter 1, Colossians 1:16-17).
Islam says salvation is found only in the 5 pillars of Islam--Jesus said, I Am The Way, The Truth, and The Life and NO ONE gets to The Father (or heaven) except Through Me; there is salvation in no other name BUT JESUS (Acts 4:12) "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9).
Islam teaches that Jesus was made to be Mohammed's slave. However, Jesus made himself a servant voluntarily--Although He was in heaven in the form of God, He made Himself of no reputation and took upon Himself the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men and being found in the fashion as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross" ( Philippians 2:6-8).
Islam teaches that Jesus was never crucified and therefore was never resurrected (Surah 4.157)--Christianity believes the Gospel accounts in the Bible of the Crucifixion, death, burial, and resurrection on the third day just was was prophesied in the Old Testament and as spoken by Jesus Himself: "I am the resurrection and the Life: he that believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live John 11:25. And if Christ be not risen, then our preaching is vain and your faith is also vain. 1 Corinthians 15:4.
Islam believes Jesus cannot be worshipped--Christians believe the words "every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:11). And again, when He brings in the first Begotten into the world, He saith, and let all the angels of God worship Him (Jesus) Hebrews 1:6. Read also what is written in the Revelation of Jesus Christ and how Jesus is worshipped as God. The name of Jesus is far above all principalities and power and might and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come (Ephesians 1:21). The Bible clearly says that Jesus was exalted to the right hand of God in heaven (Acts 2:32-36 quoting psalm 110:1; Mark 14:62, 16:19 and Hebrews 12:2). See about the Throne in Revelation 3:21, and Revelation 4-5
Islam says when the Muslim "Jesus" returns he will have reddish hair and will be wearing two light yellow garments. However, the Christian scriptures teach He is the Ancient of Days who is sitting on the throne now and wearing a garment white as snow and as white light and glistening and his hair is white as pure wool (Daniel 7:9, Matthew 17:2, Mark 9:3, Luke 9:29, Revelation 1-4). Revelation 4:2-8 we see a throne in heaven and one sitting on the throne being worshipped as "Lord God Almighty, which was, is and is to come". Compare this to Revelation 1:5-18 and see the wonderful similarity of the description of Jesus sitting on the throne "I Am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith The Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, The Almighty" (Revelation 1:8). In Revelation 1:11 Jesus clearly identified Himself as The Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. Revelation 1:17-18, Jesus said, "I am the first and the last, I am He that liveth and was dead; and behold I am alive forevermore, amen, and I have the keys of hell and of death". Since the same descriptive terms and titles apply to both the One who sits on the throne and to Jesus, it is apparent that Jesus is none other than the One on the throne as God. Revelation 20:11-12 shows the one on the throne is the Judge. And we know from John 5:22-27, Romans 2:16, 14:10-11, that Jesus is the Judge of all. Revelation 22:3-4 says the throne in heaven is the throne of God AND of The Lamb (See also Matthew 19:28).
Islam believes God sent Mohammed, but Christians believe God sent the Holy Spirit of promise (John 15:26, John 16:7, Acts 1:5). John 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, if anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and WE will come to him and make AN ABODE with him. The entire chapter of John 14 shows God in His divine Trinity making ONE abode with the Believing man. Vs 17 says even the Spirit of reality Whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him, but you know Him, because He abides in you and SHALL BE IN YOU. Praise The Lord for such Scriptures in the Bible that strengthen the truth of the Oneness of the Triune God.
My prayer is that all who are deceived by the Muslim religion will be called by God to salvation, that God will grant them faith to believe the truth and reject the lies, that God will open up deaf ears and restore sight to blind eyes, that God will take out their hardened hearts and give to them hearts of flesh, that He will write His words of truth upon their hearts and send a preacher of the Good News and that they will hear, believe and receive The Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, as they Believe on the one true Jesus as revealed in the Holy Scriptures and be saved, receiving Eternal Life in Christ Jesus The Lord.
